    My wife and I had been to Monticello. We were hungry. Went here based on the reviews. We we're very pleased. Our waitress was sweet as can be. She recommended a couple items on the menu. We ended up getting the chicken tenders and county fried steak. Everything was good. So good we got 12 pieces of chicken and a huge cinnamon roll to go. This is an older restaurant. So don't expect a shiny new place. But the food and service are top notch.

    Great prices. Big menu. Excellent food. Good service. Stopped at this roadside restaurant off the highway while on a cross country road trip. Was not disappointed. Old school home cooked style meals.

    We are from Kentucky and are only eating at independent restaurants while on vacation. We ask a local where to eat n they sent us here. IT WAS THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN EVER. Burgers were great too. Only 100% beef. Desserts home made. There was a cinnamon roll as big as your head. Wish it was near our house.

    This place is fantastic. Great food, reasonable prices, wonderful service. Try the fish and the fried chicken.

    Wow!!! Excellent homemade food. Service was great as well. Friendly staff. Try the lasagna. I will eat here again when I am in the area.
